I'm affraid I can't really answer that, but when I drink coffee I get a nice energy boast after just a couple of sips. Perhaps it's just me, but I start feeling noticeably better or is it because I jump up with a spring in my step? I tried last night and sure enough, I felt better right off the bat and wanted to do something. At 2 AM there isn't much to do though, so I rolled around on my balance ball for an hour or so. I'd have to say to you, try a cup or two after you get up and see how you feel. It certainly doesn't cause me any inflammation.
Just leave the cream and sugar out. It you don't like regular black coffee, then try the Folgers French Vanilla. It has a nice flavor! I tried the folgers hazelnut and I think it might have given me a slight bit of inflammation, but I didn't try it again and it went away within 10 hours or so completely. I Could have slept wrong or something. I suspect anything that has nut in the name.
Anyone else have a problem with coffee or gain benefits from it?
