If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Yep. We used to live across the water near P.A. After we lost our girl, we ran back to Colorado and didn't look back. Someday I'd like to visit again, but not for a long time.

Erica,
That's great news you got your trike back not something that happens often these days. I hope it is none the worse for wear. Sounds like your weather must be good, ours is still cold and windy!

Hi team Good job keeping at it everyone! Yesterday I swam at least a mile in one hour. I kept missing track.... So swam an extra ten minutes just to be sure. My body seems to be getting used to the longer swim. I'm going to try hiking in the fall. Just little 1 mile walks at first. Anyway..... Go team

Took a 1 mile walk today, 25 minutes. SI was fine when I started, hurting pretty badly by the end... STUPID BODY!! (sorry, but that's how I'm feeling today between my neck and SI )
