If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

@ Erica
It must be limping week.
I have a trapped nerve in the side of my leg that won't budge so it took me all morning limping round to do my grocery shop at various locations. Hanging onto a shopping trolley didn't help much as it was so hard to manoeuvre it around.
Decided to attempt the walk round the hill in the hope that it would loosen up and 'untrap' but alas no I had to turn round and give up tooooo painful.
At least the sun is shining and its armed up so I can sit outside feeling sorry for myself!
Ok also did the two mile school run on foot was veery slow on the way back (not that I was quick on the way there trying not to walk with a funny gait) as I had to stand and wait at school for a bit. I have probably made it worse but it is such a lovely day I wanted to be out in it not sat in a car!

The Island is great, getting warmer with a hot spell there for a few days. My favourite saying is "I've waited all winter to complain about the heat!"
Have you been here?

Have spent ALL day stood in the kitchen baking and doing dishes (no dishwasher) preparing for a family get together here tomorrow lunchtime.
Just the last batch of buns to go in LOL as I don't eat them.
Pains in my leg have eased off though will just have to make sure I don't sit for too long and stiffen up!

Hi guys. Keep up the good work. I am itching and I mean itching to get back into the pool.
I am on 1 crutch at the moment (not 2) and last week for the first time my physio said something positive about my rehabilitation. Hopefully I will continue apace and get walking without aids soon.
Good to see everyone is still at it and I hope I will have some exercise to report sooner rather than later.

The weather was perfect yesterday for graduation activities. Once home, took a 1.5 mile, 30 minute walk.

Sunday short walk about a mile leg almost ok again, receded to just mid lower back pain. Today took Lu for a walk lol not used to walking a horse like a dog! She might have a back problem (can horses get AS!) so we are seeing if she stumbles with no rider/saddle. I will be doing a lot of walking in the next few days due to uveitis flare and for only the second time in umpteenth attacks been prescribed dilating drops (scary the difference in thoroughness between docs) so no driving anywhere. Shanks pony with rucksack for me for a while.

Yesterday 13:30 minutes on the elliptical, and 20 minues on the stationary bike. Today more physical therapy, feel the pain.
The physical therapist said that my AS is working against me getting back full range of motion. Imagine that.
