If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Ok - better post my 2 1/2 miles from Sunday then.
No time to exercise yesterday - back at work and had an evening event so got home too late to walk.

Been in a terrible flare for a month now. Booooooooo! AND my exercise class changed from 8:30 to 6:15 a.m. I tried one morning to force myself out of bed at 5:45 to get ready. My feet felt like stumps and i almost puked from the pain. But the good news is last night I got in our pool and
SWAM FOR 30 MINUTES. YAY!

My husband got to witness my spondy monster attack me this morning first hand this am. Poor guy. I bent over to empty the office trash can, and Mid bend the monster bit me and knocked me to the floor. Took 45 minutes of ice and letting the rescue meds kick in. Now I'm in bed about to paint. Harumph! Hopefully wih the quick icing and tens unit, this attack won't last long.

Good job Donette! I am always better in the morning than the afternoon. My doctor always asks how long it takes me to get out of bed in the morning. That has never been a problem. It is the afternoon when I have a hard time. That is good for running since almost all races are in the morning. To me swimming would be hard I like to swim, I scuba dive, but I get really bored swimming laps. I tried swimming when the MS first started, because I could not run. After about 10 minutes I was done.

That is great that you can get up and go in the morning! I feel like the tin man, needing to oil all my joints to get going!
It's really making me do a backward slide healthwise since I stopped the class a month ago. I've got to figure out something. My neck and right knee have started dislocating easily again. The exercise had strengthened all the supporting muscles around them and was keeping them more stabilized.
Swimming might have to be IT for me for a while. It does help my neck muscles though, and I left my crocs on while in the pool for added resistance while kicking. That seemed to help my knee.
Thanks for your good example. I think of you out there running with AS and MS and I think to myself "get up and get moving!" lol.
Take Care! -Donette
