If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

It's supposed to rain this afternoon so I just went out and did my 2 1/2 mile walk this morning in 40 minutes.

One day during my vacation it did pour with rain and I went out for my walk anyway but I'd prefer to walk when it's dry - I get so hot and sweaty in my rain gear.

I get so hot and sweaty in my rain gear. RIGHT? Even in the breathable rain gear. My only jacket that could handle the WA rain is a lightweight gortex Lowe-Alpine, but then one has to wear wool underneath to say warm enough. Then sweat... sunny weather is better!

Forgot to post it yesterday but walked 2 1/2 miles yesterday and again today - so five miles over the two days.

On Thursday I did 20 kms on the bike 30mins 32seconds. It was horrible, there is a heatwave here at the mo and I live in 1 of those places where this is a nightmare. Yes the rest of the year is lovely lol. It was way too hot to enjoy and didnĀ“t do anything after except a cold shower. While the heatwave continued on Saturday I jumped in the pool and did 1500 metres in 37mins. I was well happy with that (or did I miscount). Today Sunday I did 30kms on the bike 47.27mins and 1000metres in the pool in 25mins. Not a bad week for me. If only I could keep it up.

Managed another 2 1/2 hour walk today but back to work tomorrow so it will all change and I'm not sure how many days it'll be until I can fit in some more solid exercise. Maybe Thursday.

Hi Team Good job on the exercise stats the past few days! Day before yesterday I swam 1,100 meters in 40ish minutes. And yesterday I noodled around in the deep end for about 20 minutes. Today nada. Today my fingers joints are a bit hot and sore. I'm backing down off the LDN as a trial. My pain mgmt doc wants to see if I can do without it and use it as a rescue drug for flareups like other people use steroids. Hopefully the finger joint thing is just all the typing I've been doing and the heat. It was 102F yesterday. Go TEAM!
