If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi Kerry,
I have quite similar problem but it's already gone now. It's worse as I recall cause I can't even comb my hair cause it hurt so much.
Hope this is only a temporary problem so you can playing your guitar again.

Thanks to all for the responses. I'll be seeing my rhuemy soon and see what he says. I tried adding more strength training to my arms but didn't seem to help. I do ride a semi-recumbant bike everyday as well as back excercises. I'm wondering if its from the years of Prednisone screwing up my Adrenal glands or the half mg of Xanax at night. I have been off of the Ultram for a couple months too. I don't know. I've had this off and on for years but seems to be consistantly annoying for months now. Its more of a weakness sensation than pain or tremor. Top of hands and forearms, shoulders. I 've had lots of pain and inflamation under my skull for three years now so I'm guessing this is the culprit.
I just wanted to know if others here have had this problem and the answer seems to be yes. Though I will get it checked out. Thanks again.
Kerry
