If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi Arjan,
I really like the reply about the Polish doc's diet. I can see why you chose it. There is merit to it in the balance , I believe. I can't help but to find....as I continue the learning process.......Moderation in all things is a law of life. Too high of anything will kill anything. No laboratory needed. They test and study and put the rats thru the maze. Maybe the brain waves of the researchers influence all the results. This makes the whole notion of double-blind irrelavant. We need triplle- blind... even the researcher will not know what he is studying until he gets the data.
My diet is very high in fat and protien. It works for me. Myresults are not objective. all the research that I have read on high fat diets has been done with an idea that coronary disease is the end result of high dietary fat content. The referances that are bombing are from researchers that may be objective or have an objective. From what I have read here, the objective is control of a dis ease with diet. I'm glad to here this works diet for you.
Maybe I sshould quit rambling. Thanks again for the idea about balance.
Regards, ike
