Administration has banned the Username 'Cody'. The Reason for this ban was: Sending abusive and obscene private messages to two or more members. Decision taken by Loz.

Total site members banned in 3 years of kickas is 3. Should he post again please do not reply to him, the administrators will deal with it.

So why wasen't Lord Simpo banned---he stated in one of his post that he sent Cody a nasty message and something to the effect that 'believe me you don't want to know what I said to him'. He even invited others to send him privite messages. Seems to me that Cody just responded to attacks on him. Not to mention the attacks on the public message board when Xroach told him he was an "ASHOLE". Where is the fairness in this. I looked at his last ten or so posts like he suggested and I found nothing but excellent posts about AS. Another poster said in a different thread on the same subject that she liked #1 and that it might help her sex life and nothing was said to her. What is really going on here a gang attack and everybody is piling on. Fred

Why is it that Richard's joke gets edited when he says "balls" but Justine can post the word "penis"? (I am not saying Justine should have been edited - don't think either one should have!)

Some can cuss, others can't.. what's with the favoritism around here?

Tell me who here has never sent a nasty post to another before? People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones!!!

I could be banned yes sir, mainly because I broke the "do not feed the troll" rule we have here but I will not say I'm sorry for putting a loser in his place. I do call em as I see em and this is a great site and I view things from an objective point of view. Hatefull remarks are not condusive to what this site stands for. I consider the people here family so please don't expect me to sit idley by while anyone on this site is being abused. I have AS for the long haul maybe I am not all that active here but its nice to know I could be and people would be here for me. By the way the statements I made stand I have nothing to apologize for. Now I am done with my rampage and refuse to address this subject again. Please make no mistake I am not nor will I ever be afraid of others opinions of me.

Last night I applauded Oh Henry"s excellent words to Cody. I thought he handled it so beautifully - trying to make him see that our purpose here is to support each other.
I then also recieved a " Go !!!!!!!! yourself PM from Cody. I deleted it without opening it.
In my opinion Cody missed the whole point of this website.He took it to a whole different level - not what we are here for.

Not yet banned in Boston (Sigh)

Since when did a Privite message become a Public Message. If you are going to turn the meaning of privite on its ear then do away with privite messages. Another reason I remain Anon. I guess the moterators can read privite messages and others can show them to others. This Lord guy braggs about sending a Privite message and starts a lynch mob to do the same and them goes further by making it public. How do we know what he said that started it. This roach guy braggs about cusing someone out in public and dares someone to bann him. A gay guy in Canada is pushing his gay agenda, one that I find sick and against nature, that starts the whole process. The most guilty is the moderator who did the banning. It was no secret that he didn't like Cody when they butted heads over the censorship issue. It is very clear that he was looking for a way to get even but at what cost to his own public profile. Shame on him and shame on all of you that remain silent when you see such a clear case of a high tech lynching.
