Sure makes a person feel good ! You asked about my pain ....... Its in my knees and hips some bad :( I don't know that much about A.S so therefore I am not sure what is happening with the ole body :)

If I ever left this forum I would hope they would let me back and in fact I am sure they would simply because of the good I've seen in all the folks I've met here. So wlecome back. In fact i hated to see you go. Hope things get better quickly but with AS thatmay not be a guarantee. Anyway, Tammy I'm glad to hear from you again.  stevec-they also serve who stand and wait
