Lo siento, pero es una enfermedad muy difícil. El primer camino para controlar la enfermedad es seguir la dieta sin almidón y los consejos que aquí se dan. Pero tienes que pedir ayuda en ingles aquí nunca he visto un mensaje en español.

It's devastating to be diagnosed. I do pain specific meditations, exercise (as much as I can), medicine, prayer... it's just beyond difficult. We are all here for you.

When I was finally diagnosed with A.S. all those years ago at the age of 18 years my first reaction was one of relief. Relief that they had at last found something with a name to it and prove that I was not going insane. It was only latter when I found out the disease I had was incurable that the disappointment came started.

hello again after 1 year of being diagnosed, start the starch diet and lose 18 kilos, it helps me a lot, of course sometimes cheats with starches, and presents the outbreaks, thanks kickas, to each of you It has been more bearable, since 4 months ago they have been applying me biological but I do not see results, my back hurts a lot, thanks for being there.
