2014:Chronic inflammation at the base of the skull
2014 to early 2015:excess NSAID use developed complete axial inflammation, included psoriasis
NSD helped well and but was not perfect
2018.07: weak +'ve tests for borrelia, babesia, bartonella and mycoplasma pneumonia using Armin Lab, ANA=equivocal

Yes I took the EVOO on the 3rd day of apples. I went another day plus a bit with just water. My wife was getting worried so I ate. I think there are many benefits to autophagy and surely not all are perceived. I truly enjoyed not doing having to wash dishes and run to for groceries as often. I will continue with variations of fasting.

Yes, not having to prepare meals and wash dishes is the best part. That pleasure probably adds to the "good feeling." So, eat one meal a day. It will have to be energy dense so you'll have to concentrate on tubers, beans and many other starchy foods.
