Hi folks...!!

i am just wondering that does sleeping more affects our pain intensity.

if yes then what should be an ideal sleeping hours ???

I've started to think that when i "catch up on sleep", I flare. Too little sleep and I flare, too much and I flare? How much is the right amount? I don't know?

Dr Sarah Ballantyne on her book The Paleo Approach (discusses Autoimmune Protocol-for people with autoimmune disease) says that minimum 7hrs but she says if you have autoimmune disease you should sleep 9hrs
