If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Such a nice day today! ~80 degrees and sunny with blue skies and golden maple trees!
That was a record high temperature for this day here.
Took a bunch of breaks and walked 5-10 minutes each time.

another warmish day. Windy but almost 70 and partly sunny, so took advantage of the warm weather and took two walks to run errands around campus. Each about 1 mile, 20 minutes, so about 2 miles and 40 minutes of walking total.
cold front's coming in, should be down 20 degrees tomorrow for a high closer to 50; still warm for november.

Saturday rode the zip line up by Deer Creek Reservoir < http://www.ziplineutah.com/>. They have 3 zip lines in Provo canyon. We have been on 2 of them so far. I told my wife she should start a blog rating zip lines. Then spent the afternoon taking out our old mailbox, and putting in a new mailbox.

Two days of yard work, sawing wood, fixing the boiler- yes I had a plumber, etc.. mowing.
Working through pain is a real character builder!
No zip lines for me! but I did play at the playground.

Lon I agree working through pain is a character builder not sure if a good one for me!!! Zip lines not for me I dont like heights and would struggle to hold something above my head :-D We have been away for a week in the Lakes walking 6 to 8 miles every day bar one. The weather was kind to us and the autumn colours fabulous. It wasn't easy my Si joint and back were playing up, I think due to wearing a loaded rucksack. I didn't loosen up until I had walked at least 2,000 feet in height preferably starting going uphill walking on stony surfaces on the flat was not good. I had to explain to my son please don't try and have silly conversations on the way up I will be grumpy. Its all I can do to put one foot in front of the other. Once we have got to the top I wont be a troll any more and can have a conversation!!! Yoga when I got back was dreadful especially as the exercises that week involved the knees. Swimming was slow. This week I am much better swimming much improved and yoga passable. We have a new kid on the block sadly we had to say goodbye to our gorgeous cat after only having him for 5 years and inoperable cancer. he left a big hole and we now have a 10 month old bundle of very active claws. My new exercise is bending, crawling finding the ball and playing fetch. We are all smitten. Watch this, poetry in motion https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FDwZfhdkA3M Oh to be so supple and lithe we are working out how to DIY somethiing similar. x
NSD almost all the way No dairy hard cheeses occasionally and homemade ghee Still trying to work out what makes me tick and what makes me drop

Got busy and forgot to post here last week. Today, yet again, pretty warm, in the 50s, all I needed was a light jacket over my sweater, a thin scarf and a hat. Can't believe the fall weather we've been having, supposed to be 60 tomorrow Mostly sunny too Walked about 50 minutes today.
