If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Unless eating is considered an exercise, must say going out to eat won over going for a walk yesterday, but was on my feet and walking all over the building, teaching lab all afternoon in three different locations of the building...so that counts some.
Today: a few short walks: ½ mile once. ¼ mile twice.

Got back outside last night (just at dusk) for another ½ mile walk, 15 minutes.
But hot and muggy last few days again, so walking after the sun sets is so nice.

HI Erica I hate the idea of lifelong meds but depression scares me way more that AS does. Ive been doing a lot of yard work, we have the house on the market and i have let it go for a long time. Mike

This morning I walked one and a half miles. Then I ran a half mile. I decided I need to do something. This is my favorite time of year to run in the morning. The cool crisp air feels great as you run.

Orch is so right! We have to close our windows not because of the cool air. From 94* to 50* is refreshing!

Walked last night, ½ mile, 15 minutes, after the sun set. much less humid than the two nights before when the car window kept fogging up the whole ride home.
the next 3 or 4 days will have highs around 90 degrees. No cool crisp early fall air here yet...but soon....

It's been three months since I posted on this Sporting ASKickers forum. So today completes my three months of football and gym! I'm happy that NSD gave me back my life. I've been playing football on every weekends and going to gym 5 times a week. I've managed to gain only 2 Kgs of weight ( Currently 53 Kgs ) in three months ( Lost 20 lbs on NSD ). Today I tried some iodine on ripened banana and it didn't turn black! So I'm going to add two Banana's in my pre work out diet and I hope to put on some weight. I've successfully tried a Whey Protein Isolate powder [ Dymatize Hydrolized] ( Gluten and Starch free ) for 1 month with no pain. So I plan to continue with that. In conlusion, it's going good so far and I hope to play more football and gain some weight in upcoming days Cheers!
Strict NSD : Fruit Juices, Boiled Chicken, Eggs, Greens. Diagnosed : Nov 2014. Feeling better with NSD. Regular football and Gym.

Saturday I went running 3.5 miles. I should say it was run a mile then walk 1/10 then run a mile.
Monday I went to the gym 35 minutes on the elliptical, and then some weight lifting.

Isn't it weird that I only hate depression meds? I don't mini l mind the meds that address RA OR AS...
