That is great Erica. I had some minor surgery on my toe. The doctor told me not to run for four or five days. It is still bleeding a little so i am afraid to run. I walked for 2 miles on Saturday. It will be a week on tomorrow since the surgery so I think I will try running tomorrow.

Steve! You impress me with your determination to keep moving. It's awesome! cheerleader

On the front page of the March 2015 Scientific American Magazine there's the lead in for an article about the electro therapy.

Yesterday I worked out with zero weights on the take if motion machines at the gym. Soooooo fun! Some stiffness today, but nothing painful.

Wooooohooooo!!!! Go TEAM! clap

Ran 3.1 miles this morning. A mixed blessing from the MS my feet are kind of numb so I did not have any pain from the surgery on my toe at all.

I'm cheering cheerleader , but that's a little scary Steve eek2 !

I swam for 20 minutes yesterday. Today I had another battery of treatments at the new MD. I'm VERY impressed with the talks so far.

Go TEAM! clap

Ran 3.3 miles this morning. Alarm went off at 5:00 am this morning. I got up, and put on the running clothes. I then got a text from the guy I run with sometimes saying he could not make it. He had to take his son to early morning band practice. The high school band is a big deal here. I was on my own. Started running at about 5:20. It was a spooky run. The first thing that happened was I went out the door, and the door locked behind me. I thought I hope the garage door will open when I get back. Then I kept hearing strange noises, and voices as I was running. I was running by a church. There was a car in the church parking lot. I thought it is odd that a car would be there this early in the morning. When I looked again the car was gone. Did I just imagine it? At one point I was running past a large tree. Something fell out of the tree as I ran by. I don't know what it was, but it made a loud thud. I just kept running. I made it back, and got in the house from the garage.

I've been swimming and riding my bike and cleaning and gardening... This new treatment is sooooo fun! smile We've been on the front range over a long weekend visiting family in Denver and Cheyenne. Going home tomorrow via beautiful Glenwood Springs. Then it's back to school and work at the end if the week. Life is bueno. Hi TEAM!!! clap

Ran 5.5 miles on Saturday. I had planned on running 8 miles, but I was having a hard time so I ended up cutting it short.
