Have any of you ever heard of, or tried this "wonder medicine" called Colloidal Silver? It comes in a liquid form and you take a few drops a day. My brother and his brother-in-law take it regularly and swear that it will keep the bad flu's and colds away as well as make you feel 100% all the time.
Anyone heard of it?

Dr. Weil doesn't think very highly of it. No personal experience though.

Thanks, that was a cool site. Saw this Doc. on Opra or something. Just what I expected, the makers of this stuff say it's a cure all but nothing to back it up. I'll save myself some money and skip it. My immune system is always on high because of the AS so I don't get the colds and flu like the rest of the family.

I've heared of C.S. also and have heard both good reports from those that swear that it's the greatest thing since, well since what ever and others like myself who tried it and felt nothing. The one thing that I wanted to tell you that you could pass along to your brother is, that you can make the stuff your self for next to nothing, so if your convinced it works at least save some money. It literally costs pennies to make a gallon of the stuff, and I remember seeing an ounce or two in an health food store for over $10. The jury's still out as far as where I stand on the possable benifits of it, but as far as those trying to make money off it I find them guilty of greed.

Unfortunately Dr Weil doesn't even believe in the health benefits of sprouts. I was a big fan of his until I read that.
