I did not do much exercising this last week. I did not run at all. We spent the week in St Thomas. We did a lot of snorkeling, and went on one hike up a steep hill. We have some friends that live there. We stayed with them part of the time. One day we asked them to drive us to the beach that their place looks over. We told them we would walk back. Steve- I enjoyed those steep roads in St. Thomas!!!
I hope to climb diamond Head today.
I walked the beach yesterday- my back got real tight....
I did play a bit of basket ball with the boys.....
we hope to climb Diamond Head this morning.

Her heart has been beating 130+ BPM for OVER 3 WEEKS!!! The hospice docs are all shaking their heads. The nurses and housekeeping all go by her room at each shift change to pet her hand and say hello. I'm swimming every other day and riding my trike all around town. Thanks for posting everyone!!! You inspire me. Go TEAM!!!

It was just about right. Of course I am stiff and sore. But Lin and I keep walking, I am kind of limping... the prednisone may not work as well as I thought..
To the beach today- we should get in a few hours of exercise.
