Even though some people do get truly amazing results with diet, it doesn't work for everyone. It isn't the only answer or the miracle cure. If you feel like you have given it a good shot, but trying to control your disease with diet isn't working or if it has become too stressful for you, then maybe its time to consider something else? What is your rheumatologist suggesting?

1. I'm allergic / sensitive to the casein in (cow) dairy.

2. The only things I was allergic / sensitive to were casein off the charts and eggs a little. The only foods that really bother my stomach are cow dairy, anything too acidic, underripe fruit which is hard to digest. staying off the dairy helps me. Thus I believe those allergy blood tests are valid, regardless of the controversy I read.

3. My allergies to things like ragweed, etc trigger my flares.

4. I started Humira on June 5th, a few months ago. I gave all the natural things a try for a long time, but so thankful for the Humira.
