If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

You have to start it very slowly. The first time I did that I was laid up for several days. When I went back at first I stayed such a short time it hardly seemed worth the effort but before you know it, you will be worked up to full steam. (Relatively speaking):o)

As with any excercise...ease into it and that way, in the long run you can continue.

When ever I swim, I cannot use my whole body because of the stress it puts in different locations. So, I'll freestyle with my arms but not kick and I'll float on my back and flutter kick. Side stroke is about the only one that I can stroke and kick with. I also do an arthritis workout in the pool. This way I hit all the muscle groups that I can.

Hi Seb,
I agree with cemc. I got a note from the doctor to go to an arthritis exercise class and it helps a lot. If I were to actually swim I would be moving joints and muscles way past where they should. I wouldn't give up right away if you are improving on your range of motion. Just don't push it too much and see if that helps.
I can not defeat you but I will not let you win
