I have one more dr. visit and bone density test before we can schedule surgery. My labs last week showed active Lupus Kidney Involvement so I doubt if surgery is going to happen with active Lupus in organs. I see the Rheumatologist in a few days. I am still in a lot of pain but I am hanging in. I can hardly stand to watch my neighbors out working in the yards and not being out there also.  They are the best neighbors in the world though; all coming to see if they can plant flowers for me.  The kids across the street came just now to take my dog for a walk. We are so very blessed. We had grands here yesterday and again today and one from out of state coming Friday for 8 days. Yes, I would say life is good and we are blessed. Hope you are enjoying your weekend. Possi

Glad you are able to find some sunny parts of these trying days. Hope your appointment goes well and you are able to have the surgery that you need.

Possi, you dear! -I'll send a prayer for your lupus inflammation to go away, so you can get the operation sorted!

((Gilth)) I appreciate the prayer so much. Prayer is what keeps us going. My pain is very severe and I am pretty much at home because of the effort to go anyplace. I am so thankful though for another day and the blessings that it brings. I choose another day with pain over no more days for sure!!

Thanks for the update, Possi, thinking of you and keeping you in my prayers. So glad you have helpful friends and neighbors and family visiting, too. I am so sorry your pain is so severe right now! I am having a cup of tea right now and thinking of you!

I do hope that lupus activity calms down for long enough for you to safely have the surgery. Can't be much fun having that going on at the best of times, let alone when its holding up treatment for another problem area.

Hi Possi Just wanted you to know I have been thinking of you. Hope you get Lupus under control and for pain levels to go down. I know about the yearning to be outdoors. Try not to wear the kids out. Only make pies if you are up to it.  Take care of yourself
