If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi all, Went for a 5mile walk up a local hill yesterday. It was bitter a slight covering of snow in places but much blown away. I ached more from this than from the big walks carrying more gear a few weeks ago! I think it was down to the strong wind playing games with my feet especially as I was trying to avoid icy patches while holding my sons hand and avoiding his feet! Went up to ride this morning but Lu was lame I will be checking on her later. It was -7deg c this morning and a bitter cold wind again but the sun is out

On Saturday I ran outside for 3.11 miles in 30 minutes 22 seconds. We had a heavy cold wind so I ended my run at the gym and then spent 30 minutes on the elliptical. After hearing how cold it is in Norway from Grumpyally I should have kept running outside.

That's was the temp in the UK goodness knows what it is in Norway at the mo. When we were there we were north of the Arctic circle and it was only just below freezing! Not usual for them at that time of the year!
No don't run outside I felt like I was going to get frostbite on my nose after yesterdays jaunt!

This morning I took the bus to work. I lost my transfer, and didn't want to pay for another ticket so I walked 2.02 miles to work. I had my GPS with me. Then for lunch I ran 3.01 miles in 29:30 minutes.

tweaked the SI joint stepping to the side on wednesday morning, so no walking for me for a few days. Aleve healing me up faster than on my own, that and pretty much constant rotating ice packs. i'll be up and about soon.

Hi everyone! That's right! If you join the team, and log in your gardening, running, window washing, surfing, snow shoveling...etc...activity, we will give you the secret of getting a lifetime supply of FREE CHOCOLATE! I'm sure of it. Well, I could be exaggerating... ??? Anyway, today I ate WAY too many hershey kisses, but I did manage to swim for 45 minutes. I lost count about 1/2 way through. Go TEAM!

Went for a walk round the hill Friday and spent Sunday helping friends take down fitted wardrobes so they could decorate a bedroom. Lots of carrying stuff up and down stairs and up and down a sloping garden to the bonfire.
My hands ache today.
No riding for at least two weeks Lu has a mildly torn ligament and hoof abcess to boot so she is stuck in at the mo. Must get myself to the swimming pool.
