I really love the warmth of the pool there. It's a trade off, because I can't really swim as fast without getting super hot. But maybe I can do a Zumba class every now and then... just dreaming smile

Tonight I swam for about 35 minutes, but didn't count laps.

Hi,
I haven't posted for a while it has been so hectic over the holidays but I have still been exercising albeit not as much. Things should be more normal now school has started again.

Was flaring after Xmas but its under control now the exercise has helped.

Sat 6mile walk in the Lake District its just so muddy here decided to go for harder ground though the ball of my foot knew it by the end. Didn't get wet which was a surprise and the mist cleared a few times to allow some glimpses of views.

Sun 1 hour ride followed by 2 mile walk up local hill to see if we could get above the mist which we did on one side of the valley!

Mon 1 1/2 hour ride

@Erica love swimming but I don't fancy a gym there is one walkable from us but I would feel sooo self-conscious!

I am jealous of those of you with snow all we have had is rain, rain and more rain!

A belated Happy New year to you all

yesterday walked 1 mile, 20 minutes

today walked 1/2 mile, 10 minutes

Erica, when I used to swim in the therapeutic pool (very warm), i would put a plastic water bottle at one end and drink every few laps, just like if i were walking or swimming. it helped to not get over heated that way. just a thought. i loved the therapeutic pool in my old town, miss not having one here i can swim in.

Yesterday I was on the elliptical for 28 minutes. Then did some bench press, and pull downs. It was warm yesterday, and I thought about running outside, but there is still a lot of snow on the ground. I am going to try running outside today.

It was. Suggested I go here to the fitness team.
I was dismissed from physical therapy today. Yeah I got kicked out of the gym, so now here I am. ( that rhymes )
Anyway, my arm is really screwed up. So I hope to get back feeling better through my team here.
They can't do anything for me and sending my doctor the notes
I continue to lose mobility after months of therapy.

Ran 3 miles today in 33 minutes. I did walk across the bridge over the Provo river because it was covered with ice.

Elmer,

I through the would go to a pool and go through the motions of swimming....

I started standing and slowly leaning on a float pad....

I understand how difficult it is... but you are worth the effort!!!! do not compare yourself.....track what you did yesterday....repeat, repeat......

it is a fight!!!! I am not there but I know what it is to look down at a useless arm!

I often use 6*oz cans to start building the arms back up!!!

come on you will be posting of some progress soon!

go team go
