Way to go! cheerleader It feels like snow here, but so far just clouds. snowflake1

Today I swam 1/2 mile.
Yesterday I dyed my hair pink and blue with friends who just went with pink. Just streaks - not our whole heads.
Thursday I cleaned house for 2.5 hours, then swam 750 yds.
Wednesday I swam 600 yds.

Go TEAM! clap

Grumpally - good for you. Haven't been out with the huskies for years now. Attended the husky annual meets up at Aviemore (Highlands) for a number of years. Have a wonderful memory of going out after the races, for a 12 mile treck through the glorious estate up there. Such fun.

And, horse riding. Ahhhh. Sure do miss my horse. Had a Peruvian Paso. Great for anyone with a bad back - wish I had her like now (though not sure if could even ride a PP, have such a wretched neck!). So live by my memories. Saw the Northern Lights in Canada, Alberta, watched em from the covered way of the ranch house after a huge, and very scary, thunder storm. We'd been out riding earlier. Wonderful memories.

Great you can continue to enjoy your animal related activities - and mushing is pretty strenuous, and need good shoulders. Enjoy, enjoy -

Great job everyone! Erika, I dyed my hair with a blue streak this summer..my friends and I had our daughters hair done too. Mine was easy to cover after awhile since I color to hide grey...however my blonde 8 year old still has a pink stripe! Oh well...

Molly! Are you okay? Why were you in hospital? Sorry about your chickens.

Erika - was an intense flare of costo, but they thought was a heart attack - do have rather spiking high hypertension. Was in hospital for 4 days, as they ran a gamut of tests. Yes, found summat, but...not bothered. Hypertension is a nuisance though as have had several TVAs, and don't want a massive one to land up 'locked in'...!! Meds are hopeless for me, too reactive. Now on herbals/supplements only. See how it pans out.

Cardiocalm
L'Arginine
Fresh ground flax seeds

Thanks for asking.

Take care gal -
