If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi Pea!!! My surgery is scheduled for October 22...things are going great with the chemo and my recovery in general, I am feeling wonderful!!! I'm on Carboplatin and I'm really only sick for 24-36 hours after treatment, I know I'm fortunate there and I'm sorry to hear that your Dad suffered so badly... that must've been difficult for you... Have you gotten any word on your sleep study yet? ...I hope all is well with you, my friend, big hugs and much love... Michelle

Hi Molly!!! You know, LDN may be a good idea...as you say, once I'm done with this other treatment...I even have some here, but I promise I will run it by my medical team first... I'm keeping a good balance with my recovery, I'm getting plenty of good rest (it's amazing how much better I sleep when I'm on an exercise program), I'm not pushing too hard and I'm making sure I properly stretch before exercising. I hope all is well with you, Molly...Big hugs & so much love, my dear friend...MUAH!!! Michelle

Hi Michelle: Glad to hear your pain is down and that you are getting some strength back. Are you doing strength training?
Thanks for the tips on the NSD dessert recipes.
I missed you!

Thanks Shari!!! I just started with the small hand weights(5 lbs.) and the small ankle weights (3 lbs.), it feels so good to get my blood flowing again, I do a yoga type workout followed by a swim twice a day (in the morning and in the evening) and I work Beaux at least 4x a day for 20 min. on the ball and I walk him on lead a few times a day...if I keep my elbows drawn back just behind the hips and hold them there while I walk, it tones my shoulders and helps my posture and makes my hips feel great without over doing it, I just walk at a normal pace....it feels great!!! ....and I missed you too!!! Great news Michelle. It sounds like you are doing wonderful. All of that and exercising too! You have been in my prayer's and this is all really good news. I have you down for the 26th as to when they were going to measure the tumor and eval it but it sounds like they may have done that already and got you a surgery date. My dad caught a cold from someone and got pneumonia. That is why he suffered so bad at the end of his lung cancer. He was a workaholic and just couldn't stop working. We believe this is how he caught the cold but who knows. Thank's for asking about my sleep study. They just did the night one and it was fine. Chalked up my sleepiness to the patch and put me back on the Nuvigal. It has been like a miracle for my fatigue. I can't remember the last time I napped and now drive myself to appt.s. Going to have the Neurostimulator put in I think and hopefully that will take away some of the med's. Keep up the great work. God has blessed you.

Michelle, it sounds like you are really doing well. I am so glad. Just don't overdo things.
Pea, I am so glad that you are able to drive. That should give you so much freedom. It's nice to be able to map and get rid of some of that fatigue.
Donna Cherish your yesterdays, Dream your tomorrows, But live your todays. Do the very best you can leave the rest to God. God Bless,
