Hi Yall...sorry I haven't been posting lately, I've been focusing on turning this thing around and I'm doing much better, I've gained 10 more pounds, I've gone completely NSD and I'm having excellent results!!!!  I figured this would be the perfect time to go for it and I'm so happy I did...  I'm exercising like crazy, my energy levels are great, my pain levels are way down and my stomach has healed up a LOT!!! I miss yall so much but I will be able to catch up soon, I'm getting ready for the storm, as Isaac is headed for us, so I will have plenty of time on my hands in the coming days...I can never thank yall enough for all you have done for me...I love you my KA family!!! Thanks Erica!!! ... I've been reading the Fitness Team forum, it's been a real help in getting back in shape, Lon mentioned something about muscle memory on the phone one day and it got me in gear...
