I can't believe how strong both of you are, and Michelle especially for your whole mental attitude on this awful situation. Its really inspirational. I'm continuing to send more positive vibes out, but in some ways I am sure I am getting back just as much as I am giving.

It is only since Erica and I are such good friends, that I will take liberty to disagree, she is "pulling for you"; I am more of a pusher!
I hope you d o not mind if Erica and I split up like this, one pushing the other pulling ; but honey, we are going the same direction with you.

Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise

 I know you all want to hear from Michelle and she would love to be on her again but for now it is way too much for her. She does get on here to look occasionally but it is so much to wrap her head around that she can't respond. Today is her pre-surgery appt. so I should know more by tonight. She was not looking forward to it. It is really sinking in that another surgery is right around the corner next week. It is all and I mean all hitting her right now. Her GERD is so bad that they are going to have to take her off of her extended med's as they are burning the med's as soon as they hit her stomach and releasing everything immediately. She has had some extremely rough moments lately and I don't mean maybe. Scares us all to death sometimes. We just all want it to be over for her and her to get back on the road to health. In the midst of this, I don't know if you guys have been watching the news but Louisiana got hit with some powerful storms and a tornado!!! She was without power for 4 days. She is afraid her Enbrel went bad in the fridge. Just one thing after another. It is almost her birthday and the anniversary of loosing her boat and dad on the same night. Please everyone, prayer some special prayers for her.
