If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

A combination between pedometer and a gps meassureing app would be great. At least on the outside. Then you have reliable distance and steps.

Wow! We have people here that walk 4.6 miles without even knowing it! That's awesome The other night I was very aggravated, put on my Ascics and went to the park across the street to walk it off... only to realize I can't do that anymore. So I sat at the park and watched the sun go down. Yestertday I cleaned my sister's house for 4 hours, rode my trike for a mile, and then swam 500 yds to cool my bendy parts down from all the cleaning. Go TEAM! Good job! Woohoo!

Friday night my legs were having spasms most of the night. After being awake most of the night at 5 in the morning I thought I would go running at 5:30. Then I feel a sleep. I slept until 6:30. Got up and went running, it was rough, I had to walk during parts. It took 1 hour and 1 minute.

lifted light weights and did abs/quads on the yoga ball. 30 min.
@Steve:what do you take for your leg spasms. I have been having them terrible lately. My old standby of taking calcium/magnesium/zinc isn't cutting it anymore. I've heard pickle juice (seemed to help right away, but not long term) and the PT told me plain old Gatorade. He said the liquid supplements work better. I'm stumped. I'm afraid I'll get one of those monster ham string cramps while driving and crash!! I used to take flexeril every night for them, which works but makes my quads super weak all day. Whenever I start up the no starch diet the spasms haunt me. I'm thinking nutrient im-balance, or not enough salt?? Hmmmmmmmm.

just be careful of the gatorade. way too much sugar for me! sorry to hear that the Ca/Mg/Zn isn't working now, as i was amazed that when i started the Mg, the calf and foot cramps stopped. more Mg? hope you figure it out soon! and get some relief soon!

@Steve:what do you take for your leg spasms.
I am taking Requip. I don't know that I would recommend it. Your body becomes dependent on it to control the spasms. When it wheres off your muscles spasm. The medicine is for Parkinson's disease, but used in a lower dose for restless legs. I tried those other things also, but they didn't help enough, and I wasn't getting enough sleep. I drink coconut water it is better than gatoraid unless you need sodium.
