so gald your son is home safe, I hope that he had a great time. I imagine you are real proud.

I used a chain saw for 20 minutes yesterday...
stiff and sore today, but generally ok

To add to the tally..I swam 1200m today. I cycled 50km Thursday.

One month of this crud; flu like symptoms, sinus, more joint pain, no sleep, lots of coughing... Lin has missed a lot of work too.

I drug myself out of bed
I pushed myself away from the table
I lifted my heavy frame out to the gate I am working on
I dug in the garden
I pulled myself over to the neighbors for a chat across the fence
I turned myself away from depression to a satisfactory acceptance of what is....

I walked a lap around Wal-Mart; waiting for drugs

No running yesterday. It was the AS ski party:) I was the only one that went:(, but I had a good time skiing while my son was snow boarding.
