Yes, and CURIOUSLY even though the metric system is America's "official" measuring system - WE DON'T USE IT! floor

Let's see... This weekend I cleaned house and prunned grape vines with my siters. Because of the cleaning and pruning and weather change it's 1:20pm and I'm still in bed. My wrists and neck are not amused, but it was fun to be useful!
grin

Friday I swam 1,150 yds.
Yesterday I swam 1/2 mile. (1/2 mile sounds so much better than "I couldn't make myself swim the extra 3 laps")

Go TEAM! clap

Saturday's run (I wish I would have went skiing with my son) I ran 8.04 miles in 1 hour 20 minutes. I did make the first 6 miles in 57 minutes, but then slowed down significantly. This has been a great winter for running, the weather is perfect.

ah, that's a flippin' good video! yes

gotta try the noodle practice tip to see if it helps me do it better, because yes I am guilty of using my arms in the water to help me spin.

Today the pool was crowded and the only lane available was one that has steps in the shallow end. Did I attempt to do a flip turn in like 1 foot of water anyway you ask?

Result= bonk!! eek
