I take 300mg long acting Tramadol. It helps a lot. Lower doses had no effect.

The ER 300mg had the best effect on me but I had to switch back to the 6 pills a day of 50mg each due to cost. 300mg ER is 170 every 90 days vs standard tramadol is 10.00 every 90 days. If your insurance will cover it ER is the way to go.

HLAB27+ A.S for 2 year. Humira, Enbrel, Simponi all tried now moving on to Remicade. Meth, sulfa, tramadol, etc...

I completely agree with Haleymoomoo! That's exactly how I am with Tramadol and Codeine. It's really not a good thing. Just started Simponi; haven't noticed a difference yet, but it's only been 2 weeks.
