If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I finally tried the braggs. I am sensitive to vinegar but I thought the raw acv would be different. I think not. It made me flare up a bit unfortunately. This is not the case for most though.

Most days I have a couple tablespoons braggs vinegar as oil & vinegar on a giant romaine salad; that's probably not enough to make a big difference though

Drinking braggs right now. It really settles my tummy, currently having gut issues. I like it in sparkling seltzer water- like a spicy cocktail, fancy:)

Hi, Molly. The author of the book observed how the people in Vermont lived and raised their livestock. The ACV made a huge improvement in the health of the animals and people (he cited larger, more healthy calves, more milk, etc). I've had this recommended to me a few times, so we have this "cider" with breakfast 1-2x/week: 1 Tbsp (15ml) ACV Honey to taste (5-15 ml?) in water( I use 30ml or less)
The honey also provides nutrients, especially minerals. I typed up a summary of my reading and you are welcome to it if you'd like it. I have a friend who says her 75lb weight loss was due in large part to drinking that "cider" daily.
Sunny, I never thought about vinegar causing flares. Have to keep an eye on that. SJLC, I need to remember to try it on my salad. MCM, we've had tummy issues over a week here. Get probiotics if you haven't already. We like aloe vera juice as well. Found a good brand without thickeners.
Best wishes! Ann

Ann, Thank you. Yes, I'd like very much indeed to read your summary of reading - would be most interesting. I am alal for the alternatives, in the main do far less damage to the system than mamin stream medecine!
I use a lot of honey, Manuka by preference (even have a Manuka based honey cream for cuts and stuff. Used it on my carpal tunnel cicatrice - very soothing but...need to put a tissue over the honeyed up section otherwise 'sticky' everywhere!!)
My chucks outside are very happy with the ACV in their drinking water - just wish the gals wouldn't go paddling in it when I've just changed the water bowl...<LOL>
Aloe-Vera juice. Ah-Ha, thickeners. Wonder IF that is the reason someone posted here some time ago (couple of yers?) that Aloe-Vera juice caused em flares and someone else posted that A-V was an inflammatory? I don't much care for A-V - have a fully charged bottle of the stuff somewhere.
Thanks Ann. Have a good one - and hope your son is better.

Hope the info was helpful. I don't know what manuka honey is-- is that a brand? I try to buy local, raw honey. My kids are visiting a bee keeper for a fieldtrip this week, so I hope to get some good honey out of that. We have parakeets--maybe they need ACV. Someone told us today that he had to go set free a snake that had gotten into his neighbor's birdcage, eaten a bird and gotten stuck. Ugh! We have ours in a cage on our screened porch as well. Maybe they need to move? My son would be so sad if anything happened to them. He'd be thrilled to have chickens, but they aren't allowed here. Thanks for the well-wishes. Hope you are well! Ann

I started getting psoriasis about 8 months ago. And it was showing no signs of going away. But my psoriasis has nearly all went since i started taking my ACV daily. So it might be good at psoriasis too for anyone that has it.
Back on Salazopyrin after taking a break for 2 years. Might try going dairy free. Sugar & bread are the main killers for me!

Thanks for the manuka info. Looks interesting. John, appreciate psoriasis info, too. Have you ever tried ACV topically for psoriasis? Not sure if that is a therapy, but I know the book I read recommended putting it on the skin.
Wishing you abundant health, Ann

Hi Ann,
I haven't tried a topical application of the vinegar on my psoriasis. If my psoriasis comes back I will try your idea, thanks.
John
