If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

thank u sjlc.
i checked raisins there and they had 4.5 starch. i eat raisins without issue. i eliminated raisins a while back just to see and there was no diff in how i felt.
they also offer date sugar from powdered dried dates. i just wonder if that would bother me like reg sugar does. maybe its the crystalization and not the type.
thinkin bout trying it.

Raisins seem to vary in starch content -- the ones I buy come from Thompson raisins and supposedly don't have any, while the bulk raisins at the same store list a little starch. The Carol Sinclair diet book mentioned something about green grapes being starch-free vs red ones having a little starch in the skin, so it makes sense different raisins could vary as well.
I have another idea about sweetener you could try -- glucose aka dextrose powder. It's sold online for body builders or bakers. The point there being that glucose is supposed digest rapidly, so it is less likely to stay around in your gut long enough to feed lots of germs.

yeah i though about that and dextrose does come from corn. its in my stevia and i do ok with it but use very little anyway. i was lookin to use the date syrup over chicken or homemade ice cream (that i wont make til i get just 'cream'), etc. they even have a recipe for tomato free pizza sauce using the syrup that looks yummy.

Can you do basil? Pesto sauce pizzas are good! Can do one with basil blended up in oil, spread over almond-flour crust, then topped with additive-free deli meat.

that would b good to change it up but when i want standard 'pizza' its not the same cant do the yummy almond crust either due to allergy. ive done the flax crust, its ok but has a strong-ish flaxy flavor. it does the job but still isnt the same. thanks for your suggestion

ive done the flax crust, its ok but has a strong-ish flaxy flavor. Maybe the ground salba seed is worth looking into -- heard it is expensive compared to flax, and usually have to order it online, but supposedly it has a much more neutral flavor. So maybe worth stocking up on for an occasional treat like pizza? http://www.salba.com/nutrition_facts_comparisons/2http://www.therealfoodrevolution.com/products/?id=3
