If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

the thing that surprised me the most was no (negative) response (as determined by this antibody food allergen blood test) to wheat or corn. i really thought maybe one or both of those. but they came out fine on this test. still i'm LSD for overall health.
The fact that you are LSD likely influenced the results; if you were a typical American junk food addict, your immune system would probably be thoroughly sick of gluten by now

hi sjlc and everyone so i finally found straight up cream with nothing else added (like carrageenan). i had some.. hu hmm i had a lot lol. guess what.. unless im going to have an odd delayed reaction, i had no adverse affects!!! usually knees would swell within an hour of eating it. notta! reading the carton it says no sugars, no protein, no calcium. i guess this answers that question of lactose? casein? whey?. as sjlc said perhaps milkfat was the issue? i truely think, now, that it was in fact the added ingredients. what to do now? start putting on some much needed weight lol.

Well that's a nice conclusion to the cream experiment!! Pure non-adulterated cream wins the day. By the way, was it normal pasturized or ultra-pasturised?

i did also take my digestive enzyme prior to so dont know if that helped too.
just pasturized. i found that the ultra tended to guarantee added ingredients. i had to stand on my head to get it tho! needle in a haystack, special order blah blah. there is a lovely brand only available in california u might look at. dont remember name. just searched organic cream or something like that.
im really excited! now i can make crepes and alfredo sauce and... ummm crepes lol

Maybe there are different kinds of crepes, but my grandmother used to make crepes for blintzes using egg, milk, wheat flour. Sigh.

Search on flourless crepe; there do seem to be recipes out there.
