If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

That's really all I wanted to say. BLECH!!I'm tired. I'm sick of being tired. I'm sick up and fed with being sick of being tired. I'm tired of coping; I'm tired of being nice when I don't feel like it; I'm tired of working; I'm tired of getting up at 6:00 a.m. every day; I'm tired of weekends coming to an end; I'm tired of being strong all the time; I'm tired of not doing the things I should to look after myself (which I don't because I'm too darned tired); I'm tired of, well, just about everything right now. Have been since the first week of January. So, again, I say: BLECH!!Thankfully, I'm finally starting with a psychologist next week. Should have looked after this over a year ago, but I was too busy making myself tired. And I'm going for an other sleep study on Friday night to find out why I'm tired all the time ... hopefully. Stress wouldn't have anything to do with it at all, now, would it. Stress ... don't know what it is to be without it at this point. Constant for several years now. You know, I think if I ever had a day that was stress free I'd throw myself in a looney bin for fear I'd gone crazy. It is what it is. I just needed to gripe and grouse a bit. Love and hugs,
Kat

Kat, you summed my life exactly. Is there such a thing as stress free. Today I stressed out ever a stupid game. My son needed a taxi ride, when the game is starting. This game takes my mind off of stress. How could my son do this to me (lol)again. Ok Gerri - think what you can do to relieve yourself of this problem. I will not give up my game "Solution give your son bus fare". If only all our stress can be handled this easily. I stress over the clothes I wear, because I can't wear something that tight on my stomach. I stress out over the food that will least negatively, affect me. I stress over - who will take care of Makaylah if I die. I stress because I don't understand my mom, sisters and brothers and wonder why they don't want anything to do with me.
If only someone could brainwash us to believe we have rid ourselves of all this stress, would our life not be that much better.
Makaylah believes her kisses have magical powers so she is sending to you a whole bunch.
From me I send some cyber hugs, with love. Gerri
PS: As I was sending this message puppy came to me with her denched lion that she decided had needed a drink. Good puppy - I really don't think my keyboard needs water all over it, though. Lion well maybe I should go put it in the drier.

Kat Sorry you feel BLECH I have wanted to come here and say the same thing for quite awhile now just didn't know how to say it. For me there is a couple more...I am tired of spending weekends in bed because I spent the week like a normal person when I should have taken it easy. I like how you said the thing about being nice...someone gets the slightest sniffles and everybody rallies around and comments on how terrible it must be for them while I stand there in total pain pumped up with so many drugs it ain't funny and not so much as a glance or I get "how's your back? ARRRRRGHHHH. I go to a behaviorial therapist only to find out I am completly normal with my interactions with fellow human beings (no comment from the peanut gallery ). I hope you get some benifit even if it is just to talk it out with someone, that can help in and of itself. So BLECH!!! (now I feel better) Take Care Kat!!!
I can not defeat you but I will not let you win

Oh Kat, I so understand. With this crappy disease everything is just.....harder. It is exhausting. If I do anything out of ordinary in a day, by 8pm I am "hosed." Hands throbbing, body dead tired, brain can't function, just need to go to bed. Usually next a.m. I am better. I think we all need a little springtime and sunshine right now. How about you and your sweetie take a cruise somewhere sunny? We have only been on one. It was heavenly. No cooking. No making your own bed. Entertainment is a hallway and an elevator away. Bliss. If no cruise, then find a vitamin D tanless tanning bed and pretend for 30 minutes, lol. Hugs to you. Love that word and your description. Blech. -Donette

Kat, well friend. did it help, I mean the expression of disapointment? We can not keep this pain bottled up. It must come out somewhere. But lady, it wasn't much of a vent. Maybe you should tell me how to proinounce that word BLECH. Am I missing something. Can I help?

Gripe away. Mid winter and snow and cold and aches I get a little of that too.
Gotta say though, reading about your wonderful production this past year and so many other things you've done. You do some KickAS great job of "coping".
A distant viewer such as myself might call it excelling.
As for the sleep study. They help. I know it helped me.
Good luck good lady DOn't ignore the fact that you are pretty amazing
