Well I'm sure Alan will be a little upset tomorrow seeing all these posts. But seriously Alan may I suggest you fire your present attorney and hire a new one who doesn't jeopardize your case relying on obscure laws. This list of highly sought after attorneys would be a good place to start:

I'm laughing at all this banter about unlinkable links, attorneys (always a good joke..haha) and dessert/Alan.

It's why this place is so wonderful. You can get questions answered. You can rant if needed. You can whine when you need attention and consolation. And, most of all, this is a great place for a laugh.

So if you want to needle people on whining, then you might be sure to add one of your own (<---not a link) whines so folks here don't think you are being an intolerant AS.

Chris, good to see you post, whatever the reason. Your story could be mine, just alter a few dates and details here and there, except that I am about 20 yrs. on farther down the road than you. However you gain strength and support from this forum, if it has helped just a little then it is serving it purpose. I lurk a lot also, but read about every day, I must be extra chatty today, I think this is my third post tonight. Don't take all the joking among the others on down through the thread as a hijack, or people being insincere, they are not. There is a lot of wit and joking on this forum,and I think it evens out any venting or whining any of us want or need to do. Just try to think of it as one big extended family where everyone knows the score and no one is going to stare. Hope you stick around.

Angelmom can be forgiven for she is surely a woman with fine taste in table dancers and is probably handicapped by the dazzling glory that is me......errr Kat well having cruelly consigned a genuine proposal, hastily to the bin, she then tells the world what a terrible pianist i am (although I did play a piano that wasn't there and although it was dreafully out of tune it seemed to marry well with Kat's voice!!! Errr yes indict them all....Huh!!!
