If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

2011 started off with anxiety that became unbearable. i went two weeks with no sleep. my rheumy said there is no correlation between the two. but advised me to keep seeking help, I got kicked out of a couple doctors offices because i needed more than a sugar pill. finally got of some nerve meds that worked overnight. the right meds and right doc can save your life. still doing therapy with the counselor, wich is helping. i hope to be off the nerve meds soon, just knowing the doc has me covered if i go deep again will go along way in building confidence.
