Bed of threads
The threads of my bed
sometimes my bed brings dread
others its just a place to rest my head
but i would not
sleep in a bed in a shed
nor a bed meant for the dead
though the day will come
when i lie on my bed
my bed of threads
and the one thing i dread
those lose threads on my bed
scratching the back of my head
not to wake in the morning
i'm in my bed
bed of threads
threads of my bed
in your piano shed
read me a rhyme
at this time
about the bed thread

Sorry all ineptwill started it...
Thank you all for the replies. Keep the bed thread alive!

People in the UK Midlands should probably leave a saucer of milk and cookies out in their sheds this winter, just in case an Alan has made his bed in there. Well, I didn't see Alan claim that it was his own shed that he is sleping in these days...

laugh2 Loz, that cracked me up!

Yep, you just never know where Alan might make his bed next! I know for a fact that he does like biscuits. smile

Mind you, crumbs in the bedsheets can be a big problem!

Minor correction: ... so is now a posh piano teaching STUDIO and a small recording room. It is official, I say, you no longer own anything that remotely resembles a shed.

Ahhh-Ha! So that's why you are not answering my calls lately -- too busy napping! laugh2

Kicked out?!? By whom?

No one is allowed to kick you out of your very own studio. (Was it Rufus?) Gosh Alan, where will you sleep? smile

Awww well I have a spare floor over here. Is a long way across the pond though.
