Does anyone have an opinion regarding the best LDN filler? I think mine are filled with sucrose...

Check the low dose Naltrexone .org website. Believe there are differet fillers. Think they stopped using lactose...

Thanks  I did check the website, but I was sort of wondering what other people had luck with in lieu of lactose & sucrose gut sensitivity.

Have got a 'paper' somewwhere, but.... I Just take the stuff Ericka. Not like its by the tablespoonfull...

Thanks! That's what I was thinking, it's only about 1/8 tsp or less in each pill, right? I really appreciate the research articles you post. Keep up the good work!

And, to help goodly matters along, it is 'highly' recommended to take:
magnesium; Zinc; Vit-D; Vit-C
and, to stay off red meat, especially lamb (my fave - wwwaaahhhhh) and beef! Also, try to cut out cereal starch as much as poss. Well, we are doing that in any event. But, do LOVE C'mas (type) cake and GOOD bread! Oh yes, and pancakes (crepes). Sigh.

i get it compounded w/ acidophilus.
AS & Fibro. NSD + no sugar

Mine has nothing added. Just the naltrexone.
I asked the pharmacist and that is what he told me.

Hmmm... so maybe it doesn't need a filler? I'll ask the pharmacist what my options are. I do like Sunny's acidophilus option though.
