Up to 3 mg for over a week now, and I seem to be leveling out regarding symptoms. Still the thoracic pain ~ though it's not too bothersome ~ and some mild cramping. Hands still hurt at night, but feet are muy bueno! Think it's worth going up to 4.5mg? Hmmm....

Well, I haven't felt that arthritis "sick" feeling for over a week now. it feels good but a little weird. alien

And for the last two days I've been teaching myself to flip turn at the pool with no serious pain results. Ok ok... Yesterday I did 40 flips, which was a bit stupid and caused some cramping. no Today I only did 20 flips, and bingo - no cramps. yes

Flips? Are ya kiddin' me? This from a person who was wheelchair shopping two months ago? Wowie! God is too good to me. heart

I feel like I've won the body lottery and got refunded 25 years of energy and flexibility! I'm not keeping my fingers crossed, but I am definitely going to enjoy every single nano second of this time - painlessness is sweet after 2 years of pain. wink2

Woohoo! cheerleader
