i need starch free cough drops you guys. id really like to get the ones w/ zinc too. but any suggestions will do. i went to some popular brands websites but couldnt find ingredient labels for the products i wanted :[ please help. thanks a bunch. im in usa btw.

Try oregano oil Ive a friend with ra who swears by it Im waiting for mine to come in the post Its touted to kill candida,Kleb and proteus www.healthy-health.com Cheers

for the record i got Halls mentho-lyptus. did i test it? Nope. did i eat it? Yep!!!

Hi Sunny,
Please be VERY careful with oregano oil if you have never tried it. I took a few drops straight in my mouth and I had an instant BAD reaction. It took my breath away and my throat closed up. I was gasping for air for several seconds. Those seconds were very frightening. Same thing happened to my son. Must have been an allergic reaction. I have never been allergic to the herb oregano before or after that episode. The oil is extremely potent.
Honey works very well for coughs. Manuka honey in particular is very good. And you can use honey as often as needed.

Of course with anything new you take you have to be very careful
Oregano oil is very powerful and you can dilute it in almond oil,juice etc
I had a bad experience with licorice recently as I was looking for healthy snacks for the diet- set myself backwards heaps!
SEEMS like most arthritics are potassium depleted and licorice can make it even worse!
