I'm starting to think that we should all just stop taking and eating everything there is. And I mean everything. After all, it's all going to cause heart attack or cancer or some other horrid thing. That's it. Let's all go on a starvation diet. That should save us from all the side effects of all the foods and supplements we take. Of course, we'd be dead.  Warm hugs,
