If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

switching meat for fish sounds like a good idea, its expensive for sure. I went shopping last night and got a heap of skinned/boned salmon fillets for about $28kg & some of those omega 3 eggs. (ill just eat the whites for a month or so or till the blodd test. Kieth's strict regime with salmon and fish everyday might be the good, i just hope i dont grow a dorsal fin.

Hi Sue, thanks heaps for sharing your experience. I do need to increase my exercise. My sugar test was borderline, so looks like i do need to eat less of this as well. I havent eaten bread, pasta etc since last year.Ive been eating heaps of almonds and got another kg last night. I havent had a bean of any kind for well over 23 years - even before i started NSD, i just dont like the taste. Fish is going to be my meat for a while (salmon fillets & canned tuna). I dont know if you get whiting in the USA, but ill eat a heap of these as well.
I need to lose weight around the guts, i measured it las night and its 102cm. my weight is 92kg and im only 5 foot 7 inches. (i could afford to lose another 20kg) before the NSD i was around 106kg and guts was about 115cm.
Thanks again for your encouraging words, it helps heaps when i can be made aware of what needs to be done, so I can do it & get me numbers back to normal & keep the DR away.

Hi Alinus, thanks for the post. I kinda get the feeling my cholesterol might have been even higher than the blood test shows before i started the NSD, i was in pretty poor shape. The DR put me on lipidil fenofibrate 145mg for 3 months. My food list is looking shorter than yours now , but its all good.

The wife has been stealing it and rubbing it in her hair. Do you take it daily? if so how many ml? *got a massive bottle of Extra virgin olive oil last night too* thanks Seb

Hi Shauna, sorry to hear the cholesterol is giving you a hard time as well. thats very interesting than antibiotics can be used to lower cholesterol. This will be great for knocking out the klebs as well. I wish i had the weight problems you have, but im still fairly fat. I am losing weight very slowly now but ive still plenty left to lose. thanks for your input.

:] im not sure how that translates lol. a compounding pharmacy can get the drug itself and mix it with fillers that are proper for you. ex: if you were allergic to rice and artificial color [found in most pills] they could mix it up to exclude those by using other things.

hey jet, sounds like you've already been doing a number of the diet things and tweaking the diet even further. also sounds like yours might be similar to mine regarding the insulin resistance. i used to think avoiding sugar was the most important thing in that regard, but now know that complex carbs almost as bad, and you're already avoiding those. and learned just how important exercise is in allowing the body to utilize the insulin properly when you are insulin resistant. i think and hope you may be pleasantly surprised how much exercise, even simple walking a mile or two most days might do for you. i certainly was surprised and delighted! and glad i can walk because i know some others on here can't. i sort of have to be able to for my heart health

Hi Jet,
I have been taking 3-4 raw tablespoons per day. It has done absolute wonders for my gut and killing those nasty viruses and bacteria. It is disguisting but I just hold my nose, eat it quickly, and then drink a big glass of water afterwards. I nearly threw up the first time I had it! Getting used to it now though.
Well worth looking into.
Seb
