Hello,
I used to make stir frys all time with veggies... buy some bean sprouts and then add 2-3 veggies you like and can tolerate. I used brocolli, zucinni, yellow squash, tomatoes, yellow onions (some can not tolerate onions), red/green peppers...
I would use Worchestershire sause (I could always tolerate) and either beef or chicken.
I would put on pepper blend and cilantro or other spice on top.
Always a favorite of mine.

are mushrooms ok? i love mushrooms, and just read recently that they can be high in vitamin D if grown in UV light.
