If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Kat..it is also so good to hear from you. Your white light and love is also welcome, welcome welcome to me right now! Always I'm getting rest. I'm getting a bit more sleep. He gives me my room lately as the evenings sometimes are difficult...I unwind but then so many things run through one's mind at times like this. I try to keep myself busy with my KB class ..it has helped me even more so lately! They had us partner up and wail on the bag while the other held the bag. I had a young kid...18-19 yrs old...and he was so funny....I was so short..could barely reach the top of the bag to hold the bag when it was his turn. He was impressed. These little guns..aka chicken wings got some oomph to them now! lol. I felt so good. Felt like some of my weepy self unloaded there. The owner tells us to leave it on the bag..and I would leave some in the past..but I left it all this past week.which was good! I hope u are doing well my friend...how are YOU doing these days? I miss you..and luv u ! your ol pal buggy

i'm doing pretty well these days. the new things in my life that are really making a difference are LDN, flector patch over my SI 24/7, and a handicap parking hangtag. its always good to see you, just wish it were under better circumstances for you. my husband lost his maternal grandfather, mother, then father, all within just a few years, not too long ago. his grandfather and father passed in the month of march, his mother diagnosed with cancer in the month of march and gone in month of may about 10 weeks later (but that's partly because she waited so long with esophageal pain before seeking medical help). but the month of march is now my husband's least favorite month, at least this year we had unseasonably warm and sunny weather in march, that helped, being the first year without either parent. we're only in our 40s, seems so young to lose both parents. he now makes sure that i'm especially good to my parents, reminds me that we never know how long we have with our loved ones. cherish them as much as we can.

Hey Bug You know that all you have to do is ask and the truck loads of fairy dust are Texas bound.
I am sure sorry to hear about your dad. Your family has been hit hard recently. As always you are in our prayers.
Hope that your flare is a short one. Be strong Bug!
Keep Kickin'AS Chris
