If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Announcing in reverse order, 3rd prize goes to... Loz! (Yay!)
It was the first of my industry's 2 annual golf society days yesterday. Not a good scoring day generally - cold and windy with super-fast undulating greens. Lovely course though, and naturally it was the same conditions for all. (I say all, but to quantify I mean 'all' 13 of us - it's not a big industry!)
I've tempered my new fancy swing (after it all got a bit out of hand there for a while) and this new more simple version has been very good for my iron play. The downside is that my fairway wood and hybrid/rescue club have suffered since the swing change. Nevertheless, with my driver still not yet there more than 50% of the time, I was more than happy to leave with a 3rd place trophy in my hand.
I kept control of my pain by taking my long-acting evening opioid dose VERY early (3 hours after my morning dose). I was a bit foggy before 2pm tee-off because of that but on the whole I think it was a good plan. I was holding my low spine between shots towards the end but I made it all the way up the 18th. (In fact I hit it past the 18th green, across the 1st tee just missing a starting player and into the bushes next to the clubhouse! New swings take a little geting used to sometimes).
Next comp is in early July and as you can see I have plenty to work on. Bring it on!
Loz - Life isn't always a matter of holding good cards, but sometimes of playing a poor hand well.

Way to go Loz!! Unfortunately new swings do seem to take quite a while to settle in for the whole bag. For some reason it always seems to be that dang driver that comes around last..
Keep Kickin'AS Chris

Outstanding. I always get a kick out of hearing an achy ASkicker holding it all together i.e. pain med dosage, back or other pain and whoopin' up on the rest of the world.
Today the industry golf ouing tomorrow the world.
