Actually Jeanna The AS began when I was 10...That is 53yrs ago. I was 37ys by the time it was finally diagnosed. It is a long time to have so much pain and not understanding why.Some days I just wanted to die. My life is great now. ps...can I still have that medal? Oh...plz plz plz Ray

Wow, I can't even remember when I was diagnosed - 2000 I think, but like you had symptoms for much longer than that - since I was in my early teens.
Survivors we are, and then some!!!
