If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Just to complete the picture, I am unwashed unshaven half dressed sleepy eyed and with only one shoe.....a fabulous sight!!!
Oh - I get it now - with the beer goggles on, he looks like the dashingly handsome bloke on the left - but first thing in the morning...(see picture at right)

Puh-lease, Alan doesn't need a couple of pints to tell howlers!! It comes naturally to him! Warm hugs,
Kat

Pardon me for taking the thread back on track lol, but I'm in the midst of a three day fast and I feel incredible. I felt great the last time I did a three day fast as well, so I'm going to try this one for a few more days.
It works....for me, and no, I'm not worried about starving. I've still got plenty of fat reserves =p

Good for you Chris, I can't tell you how glad we all are that it works for you. Any one who manages to overcome the AS monster is a winner in my book. Are you still taking any meds? Can you help me out, I didn't get the =p, Probably some icon that us oldies don't understand. I googled it and couldn't find it anywhere. Help???
Keep the Faith!

Hello Chris
Good for you!
I think it's fine that you bought this thread back on track! I think it was the reason John posted about fasting in the first place. Because someone asked him his opinion about it.
I find I need to eat every couple of hours or I get light-headed, headachy and can't think straight, so would probably not attempt to fast!
For me, diet is my only treatment for AS at the moment and it is working wonders for me. I do not think that diet is the only trigger for my AS (illness, injury and stress play a part too), but there is no doubt in my mind that when I eat starch when my AS is active - I go down hill - and when I cut starch out - I improve. I cannot prove this to anyone - but I know it!
It is good to know as many options out there as possible when you have a condition that does not have a cure.
Any experience you have which you feel has helped your AS is worth sharing with others - you can choose to find out more about things you are interested in or skip over those you are not.
I wish you every success with your fasting and hope so much that it kicks your AS into touch.
Tink
