If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

So we definately ignore some foods that harm us... (Like ppl who have celiac disease and tell that is gluten based, and never thing about the fact that gluten is only one polisaccharide among many...) Gluten is a protein, not a polysaccharide.

Thanks for pointing me to the right track: Wikipedia: Gluten (from Latin gluten "glue") is a composite of the proteins gliadin and glutenin. These exist, conjoined with starch, in the endosperms of some grass-related grains... this is the context i've written. you are right, but if you will read "breaking the vicious cycle" - you'll understand what i said and why i said it (regarding the celiac disease)

If you read the first few posts you will get the background. as far as i remember you posted somewhere that u have 3 editions of the book in your library. Can you post an example or a scan about the complete food contains of some food? lets take garlic or banana's for example. So that i can get the picture about the book and decide if it does worth the money and the proces of ordering it from UK?

Thank you bilko! this book seems to me like a must have book. At least for the first year into the diet.
another questions for more experimentated dieters: did you encountered problems (gut problems or back inflmation) if you mix vegetables and fruits on the same table? (i am talking about allowed fruits and vegetables)
