Thanks for the heads up. I hope it all comes out OK. wink

I'm glad they're taking this so seriously. And good luck.

It looks like aussiegirl hasn't updated the thread.... hopefully that's because she's resting up and things are going well. But, she said in the shoutbox that she 'had small preceedure done and at home now, have to wait to see if I need further surgery'.

Keeping my fingers crossed for her.

I am ok. Just dealing with the loss of my friend and a little quiet the past few days.
My doctor was able to get me into the rheumatologist on Thursday afternoon the same day as the funeral so it will be a big day for me and needless to say very emotional.

On the up side I am feeling a lot better. Even this flare seems to be easing. The pain is still pretty bad but concidering I am on no pain meds and I havent gone completely crazy yet it must be easing.
Take care everyone.
and thanks again for all the well wishes.

So pleased that you've managed to get a rheumatologist appointment for this week! Hope that you can get some answers, and also that your eyes are feeling a lot better.

Will be thinking of you on Thursday... let us know how the appointment went when you get a chance afterwards.

Take care,
-Anke
