Hey Sam,
Last winter I had horrible ibs stuff going on and my sis-in-law recommended papaya enzyme. I got mine at Walmart (desperate times, couldn't wait for mail order lol) and it worked so well. The stuff tastes like smarties candy, I would chew 4 up every time my belly would rumble. It really worked for me!

tomatoes and cucumber upset me. Do you peel your tomatoes? have you ever iodine tested tomatoe skin?

Yes I do peel them also because of the acid is worse in the skin of both and I have an allergy to it that causes ulcers on and in my mouth.

I love the picture of your kids and you. Looks like a grand time you are having. Sorry to hear about your emerg troubles too. Luckily when I was in Oz, i was able to stay away from all health care facilities!

great stuff. the tommy skin also goes black with iodine test...so i believe its got starch in it.
